Participants in the New Product Showcase will have their products prominently displayed in showcases on the MOORE EXPO exhibit hall floor and will ALSO have their products featured on the MOORE EXPO website.
why display my products?
End users looking for new product ideas will be able to preview products in advance of MOORE EXPO, and again in the showcases on the exhibit hall floor. That’s two additional points of invaluable exposure.
Consider this: Your product will be presented in a special section of the MOORE EXPO website prior to and during the expo (HERE). Your 8.5 x 5.5 cards will include your company name, booth number (if attending), 3 sentence product description and company logo, and scannable QR code to direct attendees to your web page. Your product will be prominently displayed on the exhibit hall floor, in our highest foot traffic area in the custom designed Product Showcases designed by Skyline E3.
The New Products Showcase at the MOORE EXPO will provide exhibitors with an opportunity to introduce new products, packaging and merchandising displays to industry buyers and media.
Increase Your Exposure—To provide exhibitors with even more exposure before and during the Expo, and for the convenience of buyers and media interested in the products they see in the Showcase, the following product information will be included on the provided descriptive sign:
Booth Number - if attending
Product Description (as provided on New Product entry form)
This sign will be positioned adjacent to each product on display.
Additional Publicity—Products entered into the New Product Showcase will have will be featured before the expo on our website here https://mooreexpo.com/productshowcase They will also be promoted to the media and available to buyers at the Show.
Our most popular featured products will have the opportunity to win “MOORE’S MOST USEFUL PRODUCT“ –The overall winner will receive $500.00 and bragging rights for the year. An overall winner will be selected and announced during the show hours on Sunday February 16th. Attendees and retailers will be able to vote on their favorite product at the showcase.
HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCT ON THE SHELF?
Half shelf entry fee is $275.00 for each product. Each product/product line space will be on a shelf approximately 23” wide x 10″ deep x 20″ high. Weight limit of between 5 and 10 pounds depending on level placement (inquire for availability).
Full shelf Entry fee is $500.00 for each product. Each product/product line space will be on a shelf approximately 46″ wide x 10″ deep x 20″ high. Weight limit of between 10 and 40 lbs depending on level placement (inquire for availability)..
Entry fee for dedicated kiosk is $1,000.00. Each product product line space will be approximately 30" x 43” with a height restriction of 24”. Weight limit of 100 lbs.
Products will be displayed on a professional custom display designed by Skyline E3
All entries will be displayed in an order that is the best fitment for display purposes and capacities of the showcase.
Product would need to be received at our home office no later than 2/6/19. Products will need to be sent with a return label if vendor is requesting the product be returned.
If not being shipped back to vendor (return label required when received) product must be retrieved from the Product Showcases between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Sunday February 16th. Product not retrieved by 6 p.m. will be donated to a charity raffle benefiting our local Combat Veterans and will be tax deductible. Please inquire for additional information.
A limited number of spaces are available. Entries will be accepted in the order received.
Cancellation deadline is October 15th, 2019. Cancellations received after October 15th will not be refunded.
